Pashminapasal, procures highest quality pashmina products from various local pashmina manufacturing units, checks defects in quality or faulty worksmanship for rejection, accepts the certified quality and then sends it to the finishing house of pashminapasal. In the finishing house, products again go through stringent quality checks. Certified products are then ironed and packed as per customers requirement before final export.

How do you exchange a product?
Send the product back to us and for your protection insure the product for the full value of the goods. In the unlikely event we do not receive the product you will be protected. For exchanges, once we receive the product we will send you the product you selected in return. If the new product you selected is out of stock we will contact you with the expected ship date. If you choose not to wait we will immediately refund you. For returns, if you paid by credit card we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the products. If you paid by cheque or by other means we will issue a refund cheque or money order as specified by you.
